About the design

Octagonal Floor Plans: Hale (Pronounced HA-LAY) is the Hawaiian word for Home. We figure if one eight sided structure is spatially balanced, then 2 octagons incorporated into 1 structure is “mo betta” (To quote a Hawaiian phrase). This Hale has its boundaries clearly defined between the dining/Living area and the sleeping quarters. Considering the 1,100 ft2 (108 m2) footprint, this Octagonal Floor Plan is extremely spacious. As all of our homes can be tailored to your individual needs, it is feasible to divide the 2nd octagon in half into 2 dedicated bedroom chambers.
