About the project
Captain Cook, Big Island, Hawaii: A privately owned development on a 5 acre Coffee farm over-looking the Pacific Ocean. Design concept created by the owners in conjunction with the Teak Bali Design team. This 2 story design incorporates large decks on both floors of the Ocean Side to take advantage of the breath Taking Views. As this house is built on a steep incline, our architect called out for an extensive Step down Foundation system utilizing retaining walls and oversize concrete piers to accommodate. For personal use.
